The Hills Have Eyes

The lone infiltrator stood atop the cliffside and watched the beautiful unfolding as the sun slowly slipped downward. The scene brought mixed feelings to the assassin. Feelings of anger, love, hate, forgiveness, regret, pity, sorrow, and comfort. The sniper never thought this scenery could spin off so many emotions inside him. Shadows stretched themselves farther, consuming the quickly fading light. The infiltrator closed his eyes and took in a deep breath, a calming breeze whispered through the cliffs, making him smile. He reached his left arm out and made a grasping motion at the fading disk. "Will I see you again?" He asked in a tone like he was asking a girl for a romantic get together. The sun dissappeared, not answering his question. Night was quickly slipping in, the infiltrator stood there, gazing off into the distance, before he too vanished with a whir.
